WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?

All prices are in CAD.

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 4-7 days for processing before your order ships out.
Average shipping time is 5-10 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-7 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

 

I DON'T LOVE MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes, you can RETURN your product. Please email us at ashleymbullock@gmail.com within 7 days upon delivery and proceed to ship it back to us within 30 days. Please include in your initial email your order number and a photo of the package label. 

We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Please purchase a shipping label and return to Ashes , 270 Sherman Avenue North, Mill 218, Hamilton ON L8L6N4, Canada. We recommend shipping with Canada Post if you're located in Canada or USPS if you're located in the US. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase if it meets our return policy. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive, and return it before receiving a refund. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! 

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

No refunds will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada. The average shipping time after your order has been processed is 5-10 business days.

 

AFTER TRACKING HAS BEEN PROVIDED?

Once your order receives tracking it is up to the tracking company to finish the delivery. Please follow the tracking number for any further updates on your order!
