To return a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon delivery and proceed to ship it back to us within 30 days. Please include in your initial email your order number and a photo of the package label.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase if it meets our return policy. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive, and return it before receiving a refund. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Face masks and scrub caps
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cloth face masks, scrub caps and personalized items are non-refundable. When returning an item the buyer is responsible for paying to ship on the return with tracking. Once the item has been received back we can refund or exchange.
